Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC)
Dr. Mohamad Norjayadi B. Tamam is a trained consultant specifically in the area of Productivity & Quality (P&Q) enhancement programme. His current responsibilities is to ensure the successful implementation of the Malaysia Productivity Blueprint (MPB) by coordinating, monitoring and evaluating implementation of productivity strategies by both public and private sector players. At the Delivery Management Office (DMO), he work closely with the stakeholders and the 9 Productivity Nexus to spearhead the productivity roles to propel Malaysia to become an advanced economy and inclusive nation. Together with DMO’s dedicated team and the 9 Productivity Nexus, he contributes to the success implementation of initiatives related to encourage adoption of digital technology among businesses. The implementation of initiatives such as Business Virtual Advisory Services (BVAS) in 2020 and MyReskill Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) in 2021 under his purview has contributed to encourage adoption of digital technology among the businesses.

Mr. Tiong Khe Hock was the Managing Director of OMRON Electronics Sdn. Bhd.; A subsidiary of OMRON Corporation, a global leader in industrial automation with a strong presence in Asia Pacific region. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Malaya and has over 35 years of experience in the field of instrumentation, control and industrial automation.
Currently, he is also the President of Malaysia Automation Technology Association (MATA), a leading association focusing on industrial automation and Industry 4.0 in Malaysia. Mr. Tiong is also actively involved in the Machinery & Equipment Productivity Nexus (MEPN) initiated by Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) under the Malaysia Productivity Blueprint in 2017. He is playing the role as one of the working group leaders focusing on Talent and Manpower Development.

A doctor in business administration with experience in running businesses, Dr Ma is the business expert who understands both business and technical aspects of digital transformation, leading both clients and consultants towards common understanding, and, thus, effective transformation efforts.

Mr. Chewie Chou is a senior consultant at Digihua Intelligent Systems, specializing in intelligent manufacturing systems. With over 10 years of experience working with global technology giants like Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn) and Cimforce International Limited, he helps manufacturing businesses optimize their production processes using IoT, AI, cloud computing, and robotics. Chewie holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from National Taiwan University and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, respectively. His expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies allows him to guide companies through the complexities of digital transformation, achieving operational excellence in their manufacturing processes.
