鼎新電腦助力精進管理 馬來西亞商特昇國際來台上櫃
馬來西亞前五大木製寢具製造廠商特昇國際(6616)，於12月5日舉辦上櫃前業績發表會，預計於107年1月上旬掛牌上櫃。特昇國際上櫃前實收資本額為新台幣2.1億元，年營收規模達7億元以上，受惠美國經濟復甦，特昇看好營收持續成長。其經營團隊為馬來西亞華人，總經理黃凱斌表示，選擇台灣上市櫃，是因為相較於東南亞其他資本市場，「台灣對於中小企業相對友善」，與投資人之溝通較容易外，也希望透過台灣市場讓更多人認識特昇，展現出企業價值。
